Hi, I'm Stephen Baines.
I created this Academy for people just like you...
Great to see you here. Here I share my story hoping to give a little background into who I am. I'm a family-man, located in Yorkshire, England with a beautiful young family (wife, Sam; daughter, Luna; son, Alfie and Beagle, Toffee). These are my pride and joy and everything I do is to see them become the amazing people I know they will be.
I've been around the Corporate World for over 15 years, most recently with Salesforce. My passion is in helping people to harness their true potential and live their best possible life.
In this, I'm a twice certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach and Nico Hase my most recent tutors. My experiences have led me to blend Psychology and Neuroscience with these concepts which is where my MSc came into play (graduated in 2023).
My coaching then rounds this space off where I have enabled over 50 people in individual coaching sessions and over 300 in group workshops to learn more about themselves and level-up their experiences.
